2. Terms of Service

kimag.es Albums reserves the right to modify, or delete any images uploaded to their hosting service. Any lost images are not in the hands of kimag.es Albums, but of the uploader of the image.

The following types of images are prohibited by the kimag.es Albums service:

• Any images determined to be pedophiliac. This includes, but is not limited to, persons under the age of 18 either posing as "models" or taking part in otherwise sexually implicit or explicit situations.
• Any other images determined illegal by any United States digital content usage
• Any files in which the uploader does not have legal rights to
• Any images that are found disrespectful by the administration team of kimag.es Albums

Uploading any of the aforementioned content will result in an instant removal of service.

Banned users will expirence the following problems:

• The kimag.es Albums site not loading, along with other KaffeineNet services
• The removal of all images uploaded by the said user

kimag.es Albums services will not hesitate to ban any domain excessively hotlinking to our images. Any bandwidth abuse on our servers will result in an instant ban.

3. Legal Policy

These Terms of Service are subject to change without prior warning. By using kimag.es Albums, the user agrees not to involve kimag.es Albums® in any type of legal action. kimag.es Albums® directs full legal responsibility of the contents of the files that are uploaded to kimag.es Albums® to individual users.
